FUNCTIONING OF A DISCLOSURE INFORMATION SYSTEM

According to U.S. Pat. F15 / DOM.62588 / 754 Circular of the General Secretariat of Industry of the Ministry of Economy and Development announces the commencement of the operation of the information system for the electronic submission of notification of the activities covered by the Disclosure Scheme of Law 4442/2016.

More specifically, it concerns businesses:

Food and Beverage Processing
Stores of Health Interest
Stores of Health Interest that operate within Tourist Accommodation
Vending machines
Manufacture and sale of coffee from bread and pastry shops, bakeries and coffee shops
Sale of standard foods
Tourist accommodation and swimming pools
Swimming tanks, in tourist accommodation operating under a different carrier
Storage and Distribution Centers

The Board of Directors of the Federation of Professionals of Craftsmen & Merchants of Magnesia met with the sad news of the death of the President of the Federation of Professional Craftsmen & Merchants of Magnesia Mr. Mantas Gregoriou and decided:

1.To attend the exile sequence.
2.Put a wreath in his memory.
3.To express condolences to his family.
4.Deposit an amount to the city’s ardent institution.
5.Publish this to the press.

RESOLUTION ON THE ABSORPTIONAL MOBILITY OF 17 MAY 2017

Meeting Monday, May 15, 2017 And with the Presidents of the 32 active Societies represented in OEBEM’s power, on the subject: The latest measures agreed by the Government in cooperation with the institutions. Following a briefing by the President of the Federation Mr. Plastra Tryfon and the discussion of the new data that these measures will bring, the Board of Directors. Decided to strongly protest against the new measures against small and medium-sized enterprises. Our businesses are on the brink of survival and most of them are ready to close. After 8 years of recession, unemployment, reduction in consumer power, increase in VAT, increase in contributions to IKA, OAEE, increases in DEKO, tax deduction tax, increase in doctors and medicines, reduction of pensions and wages, tradesmen – craftsmen – professionals do not stand anymore. That’s enough. We say:

Yes to POS connected to a 100% bad account
Reducing tax rates for natural and legal persons
Rationalization of insurance contributions according to income criteria of enterprises and individuals
Out-of-court settlement in genuinely extrajudicial terms
We say YES to a fixed investment system
We say NO to the sale of public property
We say NO to the opening of Sundays
In order for our businessmen to survive, to live our families, for a better tomorrow for us and our children, for the future of our homeland. We do not deserve the future they have prepared for us. We will not allow it to be imposed on us.

PRESS RELEASE

The Federation of Professionals, Craftsmen and Merchants Pref. Took the initiative and will hold media conference of members on the “E-Waste Register (HMA).”

Inviting all professionals – members of the Federation Wednesday 08 March 2017 at 19:00 at the offices of OEVEM in Pavlou Mela Street 43-45 to attend this event as the Electronic Waste Register is a requirement of most financial companies.

Because deadlines are close to expire, the Federation sent a letter to the General Confederation of Professionals, Craftsmen and Merchants (GSEVEE) requesting an extension for the registration in the Electronic Waste Register.

Central presenter of the event will be the partner of the Federation of Professionals, Craftsmen and Merchants Magnesia. Mr. Flitris Ioannis who will analyze the piece of registration and the report are then required.
